With a Bachelor of Social Work, Tiana learned how people think, struggle, and grow. With a Master's degree in Mathematics, she learned to break down complex challenges into clear, practical solutions. And through more than twenty years as a math educator and college professor, she mastered one of the most valuable skills a speaker can possess: making the complex feel simple, personal, and possible for everyone in the room.

She Held A Microphone
Tiana helped transform the culture of an entire school, changing how teachers, students, and parents showed up. As Senior Vice President of an Inc. 500 company, she trained and inspired more than 500 business partners nationwide. Her leadership was never theory. It was practiced daily, in classrooms, boardrooms, and communities.
The Serial Entrepreneur
She Built It
Then She Rebuilt It
Tiana purchased her first home at 25. Within five years she owned nine properties and founded her own property management company. She grew, invested, and expanded, including owning a franchise, until the world shut down and the franchise closed. The season took a business. It could not take the builder.
Then, in 2021, life required Tiana to do more than teach transformation. She had to live it. Faced with the challenge of starting completely over, she refused to allow one difficult chapter to become the conclusion of her story.
She earned her Master Certification in Coaching and Speaking through John Maxwell and entered the real estate industry with no guarantee of success.
In her first year as a part-time Realtor®, she sold more than $1.5 million in property, just three months after earning her Mortgage License, while teaching high school and college and raising her two sons—the "2 Kings" who inspired the name of her publishing company.
Tiana did not simply make a comeback. She rebuilt her life with faith, clarity, courage, and a strategy—and then turned those lessons into a message capable of helping others do the same.

She speaks on national stages, builds businesses, serves clients in real estate and mortgage education, and pours everything she has learned into audiences ready to win.
Above it all, she is a woman of faith and a proud mother of her 2 Kings. Every stage she steps on, every book she publishes, and every strategy she teaches flows from the same calling: to educate, encourage, and empower people to build lives, businesses, and legacies that win.
